How do you relax?

Bottle of booze, hitting “Yes” to “Are you still watching?” on Netflix, meditation, running, working out, sitting on the beach, etc.

There are so many ways to relax these days. So who is to say what is right or wrong, good or bad, etc. etc.? In the end, for me, whatever it is it needs to be positive and have a positive impact. We all, myself included, fall into negative habits. For example, staying up late watching movies on Netflix. It is a continuous search and effort. One has to contemplate falling back on old habits versus focusing on on forming good, positive ones. And it's tough... The struggle is real. Though, and I need to be better, it takes real effort to make positive steps forward. Sometimes you fall back a few steps or stay stuck. That's okay. Just try again the next day or two days from now or this very moment. Keep moving forward to that positive place and then keep going.

Right now we find ourselves enjoying the relaxing, easy going culture of Laos, specifically Luang Prabang. You can't beat the views, like this one just down the street from our AirBnb, which are amazing and never get old. Plus the city is such a fun, easy place to wander and explorer.
